Kurkure Snack - Good for Health and Not Bad for Health
08.28.08 (12:39 am) [edit]Kurkure is a new age Namkeen from the FritoLay Division. It is a snack that is manufactured from some of the naturally available ingredients including rice meal, corn meal, gram meal and edible oil. Most of these ingredients are used by us in our daily household cooking for the preparation of various edible dishes and items. So for sure, consumption of Kurkure is not bad for health. But lately, there are some rumors doing rounds about Kurkure that it is not good for health. How can this be true? A snack which is made of natural and edible ingredients, how can it have any affect on one's health.
I have Kurkure very often and it never tastes like it contains plastic. How will it taste like plastic though, when it does not contain plastic. People are just spreading rumors when they know nothing about Kurkure and its manufacturing process.
Keep reading here as I would be soon posting about how the FritoLay Division manufactures Kurkure in compliance with the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act and Rules that govern the manufacture, distribution and sale of Kurkure.

sorry....but I do not encourage kurkure or any chips type of snacks to myfamily.It maynot be due to plastic or the sort,but due to salt content in it.....I know a kid who went through dialysis due to eating a lot of Frito lay products.
You may not accept this,but i felt odd latelywhen i ate kurkure...It didnt real and the corn flavour was less....felt hard and solid....plastic?maybe, but precaution is better than cure!

umm idk if kurkure contains plastic or not but i hope it doesn't because wtf? i eat like a whole pack a day! and sarah u don't need to go to india to eat kurkure! our indian store here called patel sells kurkure
